Return and Exchange Policy - Fatema Alarbeed
In accordance with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, "Fatema Al Arbeed" is committed to providing clear guidelines for returns and exchanges:
 Return & Exchange Period: 
You may return or exchange a product within fourteen (14) days of delivery only if it is defective or damaged.

Product Condition: 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Health and Safety Exceptions:
For health and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and cosmetic products are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

Damages and Missing Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incomplete order, you must contact our customer service team within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

Refunds:
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original method of payment (card). Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact our customer service. 
Please note that delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Claim Requirements:
To process any claim regarding damaged or missing items, you are required to provide the following:
   * A clear photo of the shipping box as received.
   * A photo of the received products.
   * A photo of the original invoice included with your order.
   * Claims that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
